Surface Treatment

Surface treatment is mainly to increase the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of fasteners. Common treatment methods include blackening, galvanizing (such as blue-white zinc plating, white zinc plating, etc.), copper plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, etc. There are environmentally friendly and non-environmentally friendly galvanizing layers, and the thickness of the coating will also affect the salt spray test results. Choosing the appropriate surface treatment method according to the use environment and needs can effectively extend the service life of fasteners.
