1. Lock the device

3. Friction lock
It is the most widely used anti-loosening method. It forms a positive pressure between the lock nut pair that does not change with external force and forms a friction force that can prevent the relative rotation of the lock nut pair. This positive pressure can be achieved by locking the nut pair axially or simultaneously in both directions. Such as elastic washers, double nuts, self-locking nuts, interlocking nuts.
4. Structure locking
Is to apply the automatic configuration of the lock nut pair, that is, the Down’s lock nut locking method.
5, prevent loose drilling method
The screw thread of the end impact point is damaged after the nut is tightened; Generally, the surface of the thread is coated with anaerobic glue for locking. After tightening the lock nut, the glue can self-cure, and the actual locking effect is good. The disadvantage of this method is that the bolt can only be used once and it is very difficult to disassemble, so the bolt pair needs to be destroyed before disassembly.
